When Jessica took over as head of our Marketing Team, she was unafraid to make ambitious changes to the structure of our team that has allowed us to grow and flourish as a company and scale well in the future. She is an endless fountain of ground-breaking ideas and a risk-taker – we are constantly trying new channels and strategies as a team and learning fast and well from our successes and missteps. She’s helped us expand into new product lines and grow revenue YoY with substantial cash in the bank to invest in new areas. She is also one of the most compassionate and motivating leaders I know. She will stay late and give up lunches and weekends to help you work through a problem. She is a constant source of morale-boosting and cheerleading for the team. Jessica also balances big thinking with a critical idea to details and data better than anyone I know! We are fortunate to have her as our leader, and she deserves to be recognized.

ProfileJessica is Magoosh's VP of Marketing and Area Lead for Magoosh's SAT and ACT product lines. Her team covers content marketing, growth marketing, paid acquisition, and sales. Jessica joined Magoosh after working a decade in marketing roles in a variety of sectors. She's helped Apple launch iPhones and iPads all over the world, mobile app company Smule go viral with a YouTube video that's been viewed over 22 million times, and the San Francisco Opera win a Webby award for a world premiere production.
She's also a published author in AdWeek and has spoken on panels at the World Forum Disrupt and the Haas School of Business. Jessica graduated with a BS in Product Design and BA in Music from Stanford, and has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Outside of Magoosh, you can find Jessica performing classical music and musical theatre in venues across the Bay, and sailing with her husband, son, and dog.
