John Goulding is the CEO and Founder of Workvivo. He first joined the company in 2017. Workvivo is a new breed of employee communication platform designed to build natural, meaningful bonds between teams while helping companies reach and engage their employees in ways that traditional tools simply can’t.

Previously, Goulding was a CEO at CoreHR and before that a senior director of global support at EMC Corporation.

Goulding earned an MBA from the University of Limerick, M.Eng.Sc in nuclear fusion diagnostics, and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of College Cork.
