Joy joined Alation in 2021 as Chief People Officer. Alation pioneered the data catalog market and today is leading its evolution into a platform for a broad range of data intelligence solutions including data search & discovery, data governance, and digital transformation.

Previously, she was a VP People at Phantom Cyber and before that a People Ops and Talent Acquisition Director at BlueJeans Network. Earlier in her career she worked with Credit Data Services (acquired by Experian) as a HR Administrator.

She graduated from University of Miami Herbert Business School with an undergraduate degree in Human Research Management and from University of Central Florida where she earned a MBA.
