ProfileJulie joined Drift in 2019 as VP, Customer Experience. Drift is the Conversational Marketing platform that combines chat, email, video, and automation to remove the friction from business buying.
Previously, she was a Board Member at International Institute of New England and before that a VP, Customer Success Management & International Services at HubSpot. Earlier in her career she worked with Deloitte Consulting as a Human Capital Consultant.
She graduated from Penn State University with an undergraduate degree in Communications Arts & Sciences.
