Karen Bowman is the VP of Channels of Ujet.cx. UJET is the world’s first and only cloud contact center platform for smartphone era CX. Bowman has 31 years in the computer software industry. She began her career in 1990.


Before joining Ujet.cx, Bowman was a senior director of channel sales at Five9 and before that a VP of channel and partner development at Serenova. Earlier in her career she worked with Vanstar as a director of sales and ops – Microsoft account.


Bowman graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and from Diablo Valley College with an undergraduate degree in physics and electrical engineering.
