   Kathy leads sales, customer success, pre-sales consulting teams, across the Americas for Provenir, while overseeing strategic partnerships. Provenir is a world leader in data analysis software and risk determination. The company enables real-time risk decisioning through its unique no-code, cloud-agnostic approach, enabling clients to use Provenir’s technology to easily design, build, and deploy solutions to solve complex business challenges such as digital onboarding, retail financing, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) approvals, SME lending, insurance, credit card management, eCommerce, eWallet, digital banking, and open banking. Kathy is introducing creative account management approaches to support the company’s aggressive growth strategy. As a member of Provenir’s executive team, she played a key role in 2020 as the company increased its SaaS solutions revenue 25 percent year over year. This was driven by a 22 percent increase in Provenir’s customer base of disruptors, and its increasing presence in the BNPL and challenger bank markets. Kathy is passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to build world-class experiences for their customers, and with more than 20 years of experience and accomplishments in financial services technology, she brings deep knowledge and curiosity about risk decisioning innovation. Prior to joining Provenir, Kathy was Chief Customer Officer at enStream, Canada’s provider of mobile verification services. She also served as Group Executive of Global Sales at FICO and held numerous leadership positions at Fair Isaac and Transunion. Kathy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and attained the Women of Influence certificate. Kathy is a charter member of the Canadian Lenders Association’s DEI in Fintech Roundtable, and also volunteers for the Mentiium organization.
