Kathy Wagner is the Chief Financial Officer of Kaseya. Kaseya is the leading provider of IT and security management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium sized businesses (SMBs). Wagner has 22 years in the computer software industry. She began her career in 1999.


Before joining Kaseya, Wagner was a VP, global finance and administration at Citrix and before that an audit manager at Ernst & Young. Earlier in her career she worked with Arthur Andersen as an audit senior.


Wagner graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an MBA and an undergraduate degree in accounting.
