Kavitha Martin leads the HR, finance and general administration functions.

Kavitha has more than 16 years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll & benefits, accounting, financial reporting and corporate affairs for technology companies. She joined SourceTrace in the year 2008 and has been instrumental in setting up HR and recruitment processes. She also developed and implemented the accounting and financial reporting system.

Prior to joining SourceTrace, Kavitha had started her own company called Maxis Solutions, providing recruitment services for technology companies. Earlier, Kavitha was a senior recruiter at Srihari Techsoft where she worked with Merit Track Services Pvt. Ltd. and Nutech Systems as its Tamil Nadu regional coordinator. She started her career as a call center executive with Net Vision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and worked in Business Transcription services.

Kavitha has MBA degree from Bharthiayar School of Management and Entrepreneurial Development, Coimbatore and Bachelors in Commerce from Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore.
