   It is with great pleasure that I nominate Kim O’Conner for the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS. I have personally known Kim for more than 15 years. During this time, she has shown extraordinary commitment to her team, the company overall, and also to the industry. Kim shows all the necessary traits that we have come to expect from a GREAT leader: – Integrity: She always stands up for what is right and does not compromise her moral values. – Empathy: She cares deeply about her team and employees and ensures that everybody that works with her feels that she is approachable. – Communication: She communicates her messages clearly and concisely. The whole team appreciates that she always provides direction and lets everybody know how their task fits into the company’s cosmovision on what needs to be accomplished. – Courage: She shows everyone how to be bold and brave at the sight of adversity. She demonstrates consistency and commitment in all her decisions. – Passion: She leads with great passion and energy! You can tell that she is 100% committed to every task she is involved in. – Humility: Kim is an exemplary female leader, she is always willing to share her knowledge and experience to help others grow. She shows gratitude and recognition for the hard work her team put in and is always eager to encourage team members to do their very best in a supportive environment. Kim makes a difference in our organization and has positively impacted everyone around her. In the words of our customers, Kim has the “perfect skill set!” For all of these reasons, and more, it would be an honor to showcase Kim in the awards.
