  1. Under Kris’ leadership, Dooly, the connected workspace pioneer and leading CRM automation software making Salesforce fast and painless, has seen out-of-this-world organic growth and continues on a fast-paced upward trajectory. Case in point: Since its founding in 2014, Dooly has raised $105M in funding and currently powers 500+ customers, including Asana, BigCommerce, Contentful, Figma, Intercom, Lessonly, and Procore — most of which discovered the tool through word-of-mouth. Part of what makes Kris’ leadership so special is Kris experienced the pain Dooly solves first hand. As a top performer in sales, he was just about the worst at complying with CRM — so he helped create a product to ease that pain. Dooly gives sales reps 5 hours back per day to do what they love: sell. People want to do the jobs they signed up for, not spend hours on soul-crushing admin. With Dooly, they are empowered to become the best version of themselves at work by automating workflows that would otherwise prevent them from doing what they love, what they are good at, and ultimately what makes them and their businesses successful. Under Kris’ helm, Dooly has transitioned from a product to a movement; it is the go-to connective tissue for global teams everywhere. I work with Kris almost daily, and his clear vision, people-first mentality, and deep knowledge of the sales landscape make him an extraordinary leader. For these reasons, I can’t think of a better candidate for this recognition than Kris.
