Kristen Faris is the SVP of Customer Success, Solutions and Partnerships of Checkr. Checkr is a startup that provides either online access or an API that returns automatically generated background checks. Checkr uses the same data sources as traditional background check companies, but can usually turn it around a lot more quickly than traditional providers. Faris has 27 years in the internet industry. She began her career in 1994.
Before joining Checkr, Faris was a vice president of service solutions at First Advantage and before that a senior director of account management at First Advantage. Earlier in her career she worked with Records Search as a general manager.
Kristen has 20 plus years of experience growing revenue and market share through the development and implementation of go-to-market, solutions consulting and enablement programs. Coming from a founder background, she has an entrepreneurial mindset and believes in personal accountability. She is known for her ability to collaboratively influence up, down and across organizations. She is knowledgable and the glue that holds everything together.
