  1. Kristin is on her 4th month as CEO and recently named to Board of Directors. She is an inspiring woman leader in a male dominated field: technology, specifically, identity and multi-factor biometrics for Government Law Enforcement and Enterprise. ImageWare, founded more than 30 years ago, is known for building the first statewide digital booking platform for the United States law enforcement in 1998. Over the years, the company has grown into the largest holder of multimodal biometrics. In the short amount of time she’s been CEO so far, has already infused the company with new energy, a stronger vision for the business and an execution plan that incorporates agility for faster execution. Kris is the most well-networked, caring and relationship-oriented person I know. She is a leader in communications and even invented her own technology that triangulates analyst influence. She is known for her ability to use AR to drive revenue. I am grateful to call her boss and mentor.

  2. Imageware was founded by two women. Kristin is inspirational to now be leading this company and setting us onto a new strategic path. We have welcomed the first female board member in 2021. This is a milestone as we have come full circle as a company. Her motivational strategies are to be transparent and honest. She share’s the struggles and the triumphs with the team. Kristin lets people know how much they are valued. Does her best to make herself available. She gets right in the canoe with folks and paddle hard. It makes a big difference when a leader is asking for someone to give their all, and they are working just as hard. While we have experienced challenges over the past year, she tries to make people feel that she has their backs. The very best leaders provide cover.
