Kyle is such a great balance between intense and driven, but also human and kind and humble. Those last three elements are missing from so many CEOs (especially a CEO of a Top 10 fastest growing company). He does not put himself above anything at this company – from connecting with employees, sitting in the cafeteria eating the catered lunches with the rest of us, making calls, sending follow up emails to prospects to help with a deal. All of it!
