  2. In Laurie’s role, she is the hub in our organization, connecting and collaborating with sales, marketing, product and our executive team. This is no easy task as that group encompasses a number of different types of people and personalities. Laurie also has great perseverance. If she believes in something that will truly be better for our team and company, she will push for it. She also has great intuition, not only in business but with people. And I believe that is not a quality celebrated enough for its importance. And Laurie gives back to other women in our company. She is part of our Women in Leadership group and was the first to speahead a mentorship program.

  3. Laurie has a knack for establishing scalable processes. It’s very obvious that she is passionate about that, and that energy and enthusiasm permeates all the way to the bottom so you just don’t want to disappoint the progress that she helps build for the company. I also look up to her a lot because she is able to take complex data and tell a story/present the implications that help the business to make important decisions.

  4. Laurie does an incredible job of taking on 10 jobs and still maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She is extremely fair as a leader, always looks to data to provide the advice she gives her peers and maintains incredible neutrality in an environment where it would be easy to fall off course. She really cares about the sales organization and genuinely wants to see people be successful.

I appreciate her consistent, knowledgeable guidance and desire to produce quality, cost-effective, business-focused outcomes. When in discussion, where other people could easily be distracted by surroundings, Laurie is fantastic about being in the moment and focused on the objective at-hand.

  6. Crisp, disciplined execution. Laurie plans incredibly well then involves the right people across the organization, then executes amazingly well. She ran Sales Op for Mulesoft during a few of their hypergrowth years and we were fortunate to recruit her to Tealium where she has overseen a 400% growth in revenue during her tenure. Amazingly effective SaaS executive.
