Linda Ho is the Chief People Officer of Seismic. Seismic is a sales enablement and marketing orchestration platform that improves close rates & delivers larger deals for sales teams. Ho has 21 years in the computer software industry. She began her career in 2000.

Before joining Seismic, Ho was a vice president, culture and capability at Autodesk and before that an HR business partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Earlier in her career she worked with LD FIberoptics, LLC as a head of HR.

Ho graduated from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business with an MBA and from the University of California, Irvine with an undergraduate degree in social ecology.
