Liran Tancman is the CEO of Rezilion. Rezilion is an autonomous DevSecOps Platform that helps organizations take control of their actual attack surface. Tancman has 17 years in the computer & network security industry. He began his career in 2004.
Before joining Rezilion, Tancman was a head of security products center at PayPal and before that a CEO at CyActive. Earlier in his career he worked with IDF as a head of section.
Tancman earned an undergraduate degree in biology and cognitive studies from the Hebrew University.
Liran is one of the founders of the Israeli cyber command and spent a decade in Israel’s intelligence corps. In 2013, he co-founded CyActive, a company that built a technology capable of predicting how cyber threats could evolve and offer future-proof security. Liran served as CyActive’s CEO and led it from its inception to its acquisition by PayPal in 2015. Following the acquisition, Liran headed PayPal’s global Security Products Center responsible for developing cutting edge technologies to secure PayPal’s customers. In 2018, Liran co-founded Rezilion, an autonomous DevSecOps Platform that helps organizations take control of their actual attack surface. By leveraging the existing DevOps stack, Rezilion eliminates most of the manual work required to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats with our vulnerability validation, autonomous mitigation, and tech debt reduction solutions. He led a success $8 million fundraising round for the business in December 2019.
