  1. Oh my! She has so many strengths. Since day one Lisa has been an outstanding leader. Lisa really listens to the team and is open to feedback. She has the ability to understand everyone’s strengths and allows every individual to shine in their own way. Lisa also does a great job of providing immediate feedback and giving a team member a shoutout when deserved. Lisa Carter is great at holding each individual accountable for their KPIs and at the same time allows her team to take ownership of a project of interest that will make a positive impact in any area of the business. Even with her busy schedule, she honors her 1:1s for each person on her team every week. She’s a truly rare find and I feel so lucky to have her as my supervisor!
