Maia joined Noe in 2020 as CEO and Head Teacher. Noe has it’s a 3-month program: 4 weeks of intensive training to learn Product Management and prepare for your interviews, then 2 months of coaching during your new job.
Previously, was a VP, Product at Aircall and before that a Product Manager at BlaBlaCar. Earlier in her career she worked with Ifeelgoods, Inc. as a Strategic Integrations Manager.
She graduated from HEC Paris with Master’s degree in International Business.
Maia stepped in 2 years ago as Head of Product. Brought Aircall product from 2M to 16M ARR, and from 2% to churn to net negative churn today. Her strengths are: ability to drive product team to build the right thing and iterate. The whole company knows about & understands the roadmap; commitments are correctly set and people understand how this is linked to business strategy & vision.
Maia is an incredible motivator and leader She hired the team from zero to 10 PMs in NYC and Paris. She has very high expectations and will never hesitate to challenge the status quo. She is extremely logical and analytical.
