  1. Mandira Mehra is the Chief Marketing Officer for MRI Software, a global leader in real estate software. The Ohio-based company founded in 1971 helps its clients transform the way communities live, work and play through open and connected real estate software solutions. Mandira joined MRI Software in 2016 as the company’s first CMO, and under her leadership, the marketing team relaunched the brand, highlighting the firm’s emphasis on being “open and connected.” To MRI, open and connected means allowing clients to choose whatever technology works best for them. If clients want to use other products along with MRI products, MRI makes sure that the products can be integrated, effectively giving clients full choice and flexibility. This approach helped MRI differentiate itself from its competitors, and it changed the conversation in the PropTech industry, in which “closed” software stacks had been the norm. Wider brand recognition also helped to drive revenue growth, contributing to MRI’s inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list for the past two years. Additionally, MRI’s aggressive growth strategy over the past five years has resulted in the integration of 35 acquisitions into the company. Mandira is a visionary marketing leader who consistently empowers her team to perform at the highest level. She is quick to learn new technology concepts and build on her industry knowledge, while working collaboratively across the organization to build partnerships, drive sales and enhance the brand. Before joining MRI in 2016, Mandira held leadership roles at both private and public technology companies, which range from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. During the more than 15 years she spent at these firms, she spearheaded the development and execution of strategic branding and marketing initiatives, along with demand generation programs.
