  1. Mark Nagelvoort is the founder and CEO of PCMI Corporation, the industry leader in integrated software solutions for Extended Warranty management and F&I Administration. Mark’s management style is driven by his dedication to meet the personalized needs of his customers. “We don’t feel our administration system is a one-size fits-all-solution,” he says. “We take the time to update our systems constantly to accommodate all our clients’ specific needs.” In 2014, under Mark’s leadership, PCMI was managing 20 million service contracts. By 2020, the company’s solutions platform is being utilized by over 16,000 dealers in the U.S. and Canada, and the number of service contracts supported by PCMI has more than doubled to 46 million. The company has grown extensively in a short amount of time, expanding from 3 staff to 120+ in a few years, all spread out among three office locations around the world in Chicago, US, Krakow, Poland, and Chiang Mai, Thailand. Moving forward, PCMI will maintain their momentum and has plans to launch in three additional countries in 2020. Mark has over 30 years of experience assisting companies in extended warranty products in the consumer, home, and auto warranty sectors. Before PCMI, Mark started NAT, Inc, after recognizing the tremendous opportunity to streamline the administrator/agent/insurer operations by utilizing the new technology that was on the rise. NAT was acquired by DealerTrack in 2005. While at NAT, Mark served as the President of the NAT Solutions Division of DealerTrack Aftermarket Services. In his free time, Mark is involved in many charities, specifically Safe Families for Children, an organization that helps support struggling families with young children on the brink of homelessness. PCMI is also currently joining with F&I Providers and Allied Industry Companies to collectively provide an F&I Relief Fund for F&I Managers, allowing the managers to apply for a grant to help them through the difficult times brought about by COVID-19. The group has currently raised over $450,000 and has over 450 requests for grants, with over 100 approved to be funded.
