  1. Matt Amoia signed on with ChildcareCRM in October 2019 and started in an official capacity in January 2020, right before the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. Matt quickly implemented a plan for all employees to begin working from home, revealing his strength in both organization and leadership. Over a year later, working from home has become voluntary, along with all in-person events. To me, this shows both his respect and compassion for his employees, their families, and their safety. Amidst the novel Coronavirus, Matt helped ChildcareCRM expand from 1 to 5 product offerings, increasing our revenue by nearly 20%, expanding our reach to 5 countries, and growing our user base by 14% in a global pandemic which severely impacted the childcare industry, our target market. Aside from his professional abilities, Matt is a phenomenal leader. He works tirelessly to ensure each employee feels like a part of our growing team. With nearly 50 employees working remotely, this isn’t an easy job but we’re so happy to have him on board! He has an open-door policy and makes sure to regularly call, slack, or Zoom with individual contributors, not just executives or managers. He has made himself accessible in a time when his employees needed his support the most!
