Maury Blackman began his professional career 21 years ago. Today, he is the President and CEO of Premise Data. Premise is a data and analytics platform powered by a global network of on-the-ground contributors, data science, and machine learning.
Blackman first got his start in 2000 as a president & CEO at Accela.
Blackman earned an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Houston.
Maury is a veteran of the U.S. Army and brings his “teamwork” leadership style to Premise. He understands that teams working toward a common goal are more successful and works to cultivate this kind of environment. He is passionate about using innovative technologies to improve the lives of people around the world and believe in the concept of “data for good.”
