Melissa Swisher is the Chief Revenue Officer of Socrates.ai. Socrates works as an experience layer between your people, applications, and services to answer questions, automate tasks, escalate and improve employee engagement. Swisher has 23 years in the internet industry. She began her career in 1998.


Before joining Socrates.ai, Swisher was a global VP of sales & marketing at Aasonn and before that an area vice president of sales at Castlight Health. Earlier in her career she worked with ADP as a small business district manager.


Swisher earned an undergraduate degree in finance from James Madison University – College of Business.

Scripps Company, two enterprise Healthcare organizations and an American multinational personal care corporation that launched in over 20 languages across 26 countries, pulling together a complex ecosystem inclusive of two shared service environments, global HRIS, and multiple global payroll systems. The company also forged a partnership with Mercer’s consulting firm, aligned with Fortune 500 employers, and focused on supporting large-scale digital transformation. In May, Melissa was named to the highly respected Women of the Channel list for 2021.
