Natalie Wickham is the Vice President of Marketing of Quantum Workplace. Quantum Workplace provides an all-in-one employee engagement software that makes managers the central drivers of workplace culture. Wickham has 11 years in the computer software industry. She began her career in 2012.

  1. Natalie Wickham serves as vice president of marketing at Quantum Workplace. She has seen a steep growth trajectory at the Company, beginning her nine-year journey as an intern and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including content coordinator, marketing manager, and marketing director. During her tenure, she helped build Quantum Workplace’s inbound lead generation engine and developed strategic content partnerships with well-known SaaS entities such as Gainsight, Limeade, and Lessonly to drive growth for the Company. Under her leadership, the Company has developed and grown a sustainable marketing engine that consistently produces a new business pipeline for the high-growth SaaS enterprise and has delivered 12x growth in marketing output (MQLs) over the past nine years. She’s proven to be a gifted recruiter and talent manager that has dramatically scaled and integrated the Company’s marketing functions to grow with the business. Since her appointment to department leadership, the Company’s core marketing team has seen 3.5x headcount growth and the marketing and advertising budget has increased more than 200%. In January 2021, Wickham took another team under her leadership, sales development representatives (SDRs). Leading both marketing and SDRs, Wickham is now responsible for driving 85% of the Company’s new business pipeline. She has grown noticeably in her skill at influencing multiple departments, including sales, product, and customer success; and her strategic vision has been valuable in navigating many Company changes. Wickham also gives back to the community, dedicating her time and expertise to her professional network and local community. She currently serves as the vice president of communication for the American Marketing Association (Omaha), and as Marketing Chair of the Bennington Community Foundation, where she coordinates giving events, markets donor opportunities, and helps bring awareness and support to community initiatives.
