Neetu joined Oscar Health in 2021 as CTO. Oscar Health is a group of technology and health care professionals who looked at the current state of the US health care system, got frustrated by the horrible consumer experience, and decided to do something big about it.

Previously, she was a Founder of Working On It and before that a CTO/CPO (head of R&D), VPE, Director at Conductor, Inc. Earlier in her career she worked with Microsoft as a Principal Test Manager.

She graduated from University of Washington with a MBA and Pace University with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
