Nick Ustinov is the CEO and CTO of Lokalise. He first joined the company in 2016 as CEO and CTO. Lokalise is a translation management system built for agile teams who want to automate their localization process.
Previously, Ustinov was a CTO at Chip and before that a CEO and CTO at Roamerapp. Earlier in his career he worked with Baltijas Informacijas Tehnologijas, SIA as a software developer.
Nick is a natural problem solver and leader. He has been able to leverage his technical skills to found and run several successful start-ups. In fact, he started Lokalise as a side project when he could not find a localization and translation platform that fit the needs of his start-up. Nick has a knack for identifying and challenging talented people from around the world and has built Lokalise from a small company based in one city into one that employs 120 people in nearly 30 countries and is growing revenue at greater than 100% year-over-year. Nick is extremely approachable and just as happy to discuss software architecture as he is to jump into a customer service call or provide music recommendations to co-workers.
