Nidhi joined Empirix in 2019 as Human Resources Director APAC. Empirix is the leader in end-to-end test automation and network and service performance monitoring, assurance and analytics.

Previously, she was a HR Business Partner at BeYouPlus (previously MyDermacy.com) and before that a HRBP-VP at Koralstreet. Earlier in her career she worked with Zee Learn as an Engagement Manager.

She graduated from XLRI Jamshedpur where she earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development.
