Oren Harel began his professional career 26 years ago. Today, he is the CEO and Co-Founder of PlainID. PlainID is a cybersecurity company providing a business-policy based authorization platform.

Harel first got his start in 1995 as a technology specialist at Israel Defense Forces – Military Intelligence. From there, he went on to Bezeq, before eventually rising to deputy CISO at Bank Hapoalim, his most recent position prior to joining PlainID.

Harel earned an undergraduate degree in electronics and communications engineering from Ariel University.
