Patrick Burns is the President and CEO of Dispatch. Dispatch is the modern field service experience platform, purpose-built to solve the communication gap between enterprise brands, 3rd-party contractors, and the consumer. Burns has 25 years in the internet industry. He began his career in 1996.


Before joining Dispatch, Burns was an SVP of product at ClickSoftware and before that a vice presidento of product and strategy at Autotask. Earlier in his career he worked with AdOne as an operations, product management.


Burns earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Stanford University.

  1. Pat came in as CEO at an extremely difficult time – directly before the pandemic – and handled the challenge expertly. As a former product executive, Pat brings experience to the table that allows him to understand the nuances and difficulties around bringing a SaaS product to market, and has created an environment where teams work cross-functionally towards a common, transparent goal. Pat clearly internalizes the tough decisions every CEO needs to make, and doesn’t make any of them lightly. Every decision has meaning and transparency behind it, and he’s built an executive team from the ground-up that supports the vision of the company. Pat is a stellar CEO who has helped Dispatch achieve success in our market, and will continue to do so.
