Prakhya joined Taskworld Inc. in 2020 as Head of Customer Success. Taskworld is one of the world's leading team collaboration software.

Previously, she was a Director - Customer Success & Global Implementation at MergerWare and before that a NXT Group of Companies at Senior Consultant. Earlier in her career she worked with Centre for Budget and Policy Studies as a Research Assistant/Consultant.

She graduated from University of Melbourne with MAF and Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College with an undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce.
