Raffaele Mautone is the Chief Executive Officer of AaDya Security. AaDya is a cyber security company servicing small and medium businesses. Mautone has 25 years in the information technology & services industry. He began his career in 1996.
Before joining AaDya Security, Mautone was an CIO & VP of business operations at Duo Security and before that a vice president of ISS applications and Operations at FireEye, Inc. Earlier in his career he worked with Dell as a sales manager.
Mautone earned an undergraduate degree in business communications from Eastern Michigan University.
Raffaele’s strategic thinking and effective leadership has been instrumental and paramount in his career as a IT, Sales and Operations professional. However, one of Raffaele’s greatest strengths is in team management, where he motivates his team and others to not only have a high-level of productivity, but encourages the development of strong internal cross-functional relationships critical for success. He is the founder and CEO of AaDya Security, a company he founded in 2019. In his various leadership roles, including the CIO and Vice President of Business Operations for Duo, Raffaele has a consistent record of leading teams through successful acquisitions; strategic planning and implementation and deploying large, multi-tiered complex programs. At FireEye the IT organization grew under his leadership and quickly with the delivery of 50 large multi-million dollar projects in a short period of time. In his previous roles, Raffaele’s experience in implementing marketing and sales strategies positioned the company for future growth. At McAfee Inc., as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing Operations, his team deployed many applications and business process improvements needed to help with bookings, leads, new go-to-market programs and Master Data Management. Raffaele is passionate about the community where he lives, works and plays and is involved with several local non-profit organizations including Gleaners Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan and the Metro Detroit chapter of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
