  1. Leads by example – Rebecca, despite being a new mother, continues to be a top performer and inspiring leader at the company. She delivers results by executing personally as a Senior Vice President, while running 5 teams (~40 person org) that are respected throughout the company. Industry & technology expertise – Rebecca worked with our CEO to develop a new methodology to measure the maturity level of a company’s talent acquisition function, as well as associated processes to uplevel around 3 strategic pillars. She’s led teams that helped deliver outcomes at global brands like Skechers, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Visa. Closes the company’s largest deals (even though not in sales) – Rebecca is always looped into the most strategic opportunities with our CEO, including deal wins with Bosch (400k employee company), LinkedIn (23 integrations), McDonalds (6 week rollout and deployment), etc. Ongoing improvement – Rebecca never stops challenging herself and those around her to be better. She started off leading the Customer Success team, to the Product team, and now to Hiring Success, covering the entire services arm of the company.
