Reetu Kainulainen is the CEO & Co-Founder of He first joined the company in 2016. is a virtual customer service agent builder bringing multilingual customer service automation to businesses.

Previously, Kainulainen was a CEO & co-founder at Culinar and before that a systems specialist at Cybercom Group.

Kainulainen earned an MS in information, and knowledge management from the Tampere University of Technology and an MSc in computing science and cognition from the University of Groningen.
