René Morkos is the Founder and CEO of ALICE Technologies. Alice Technologies develops construction-engineering software for general contractors, subcontractors, and real estate developers. Morkos has 19 years in the computer software industry. He began his career in 2002.

Before joining ALICE Technologies, Morkos was a head of R&D at Slavenburg and before that an automation engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company. Earlier in his career he worked with Gold International as a project engineer.

Morkos graduated from Stanford University with a Ph.D. in construction engineering and management, from the University of Southern California with an MsCE, and from the American University of Beirut with an undergraduate degree in civil and environmental engineering.
