Rhonda joined Cyber Risk International in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. Cyber Risk International believes the answer to the cyber challenge is leadership.
Previously, she was a VP of Operations at ICTTF International Cyber Threat Task Force.
She graduated from Harvard University with a certificate in Cybersecurity Risk Management.
Rhonda is great at recognising staff strengths and weaknesses and getting people involved in the area most suitable for them while also giving them the space to challenge themselves. She is encouraging of where we want to go with our careers and is very supportive of employees personal situation. She listens to her staff, provides a safe place to work that is fun, energetic and transparent. Finally Rhonda is not afraid to ask for what she wants and absolutely believes in her business and her staff.
