Rob MacAdam is the VP of Product of BusyLamp. He first joined the company in 2021. BusyLamp is the leading SaaS alternative for efficient enterprise legal management. They help legal departments save time, significantly reduce overhead and collaborate more effectively with inside and outside counsel by simplifying and improving their legal operations.

Previously, MacAdam was a head of digital products at Ashurst and before that a VP of corporate legal solutions at HighQ. Earlier in his career he worked with Ford & Warren Solicitors as a licensing clerk.

MacAdam earned an LLM in law and an undergraduate degree in broadcasting from the University of Leeds.
