Robert is Highspot’s co-founder and CEO, leading its mission to transform the way millions of people work. Prior to founding Highspot in 2012, Robert spent more than 15 years as Corporate Vice President of the Server and Tools Division at Microsoft. A veteran entrepreneur, he also co-founded Colusa, a cross-language virtual machine that was acquired by Microsoft in 1996.

  1. First of all, Robert’s is one of the most intelligent people I’ve been lucky enough to work with. He consistently is thinking of the bigger picture and has the ability to think what is happening now, compared where our company needs to be. His ability to forecast the industry and share larger ideas with the company is impressive. The energy Robert brings to company meetings is professional, energetic, transparent and confident. Along with the company meetings Robert is able to continuously remind the company of collective goals and updates where we are so we are all focused on accomplishing the bigger goal.

  2. Robert is an incredible leader who challenges the people around him to think hard and do their best work. He leads by example and would never ask an employee to do something that he wouldn’t get in the dirt and do himself. He is very much a leave your ego at the door leader and gets pleasure from collaborating, learning and seeing people that work at Highspot do well.   4. I’ve been an intern at Highspot for about 9 months now. As an intern, approaching a CEO is daunting – but this has never been the case for Robert. He is so open, friendly, and present that I didn’t even know he was our CEO for my first week on the job.
