Sandy Reeks is the Director of Product Development of Springer-Miller Systems. He first joined the company in 1998 as senior technical writer. Springer-Miller Systems provides guest centric software and services to the hospitality industry.

Previously, Reeks was a marketing engineer and technical writer at SUSS MicroTec. Earlier in his career he worked with Chadwyck-Healey, Ltd as an editor.

Reeks earned an MA in medieval history from the University of St. Andrews and an undergraduate degree in computer programming from Champlain College.
