Sarina joined HealthJoy in 2018 as Director, Customer Success. HealthJoy is an easy-to-use app that reduces healthcare costs and increases employee satisfaction.

Previously, she was a Leadership Council Member at Sales Assembly and before that a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise and Key Strategic Accounts at Outcome Health. Earlier in her career she worked with Council of State Governments Justice Center as a Manager, State Government Consulting.

She graduated from The George Washington University with MPA and Northwestern University with an undergraduate degree in Journalism.

As the head of Customer Success, HealthJoy’s clients love Sarina and ask for her on their accounts. She handles our company’s largest, most important accounts and has flawlessly managed our entry into customer from new types of industries. Sarina is incredibly receptive to client feedback and is firm, yet respectful, when having to push back on clients. Sarina is also an excellent manager who teaches and mentors her team, while generating a great deal of respect, loyalty and effort. I know I can rely on her for the Customer Success function and to keep our clients and her team happy and motivated. We are lucky to have Sarina on the team.
