Shannon Shoemaker began her professional career 13 years ago. Today, she is the VP of Marketing, Solution Management and Partnerships of Cisive. Cisive is a global provider of compliance-driven human capital management and risk management solutions. Its core onboarding and pre-employment background screening offering provides clients with a streamlined, high-quality, and regulatory compliant solution.

Shoemaker first got her start in 2008 as a background specialist at OPENonline. From there, she went on to First Advantage, before eventually rising to VP of operations at ScoutLogic Screening, her most recent position prior to joining Cisive.
