Shawna brings over 20 years of experience in talent management technology, marketing and client relations to her leadership role at Talentegy. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing at Technomedia, which was acquired by Cegid, where she ran the company’s global marketing, PR, and analyst and partnership activities in support of their award-winning Talent Management Suite.
Prior to that, Shawna led marketing and communications for Hodes iQ’s e-Recruiting Solutions division (part of the Omnicom family). Before joining the company’s software business line she led the regional digital practice in addition to heading up branch operations during her time with Hodes.
Shawna is a consummate professional with over 20 years experience in holding various senior leadership positions in multiple HR Technology and services companies. She has a unique understanding of how to position solutions through messaging and direct interaction and has been a key driver in 3 previous organizations managing complex marketing strategy and operations. She’s smart, patient and focused on helping companies succeed and I consider it a privilege to have her as a co-founder of Talentegy.
