  1. Sherrod is a dynamic business and team leader who’s influence is felt far beyond her core responsibilities. She is a key contributor and comfortable in all conversations, from customer meetings to product strategy sessions, and is both technically savvy and business-minded. In her role as Chief Customer Officer, she is the primary advocate for our customers’ needs with our internal teams, but also uses her abilities, and team, to contribute and deliver value in an agile way. She has played a key role in making Leadspace’s customer success, services, and support teams one of our key differentiators, and the reason customers continue to partner with us. Sherrod is also our go-to leadership team member for taking on strategic projects, like seamlessly leading Leadspace’s acquisition of ReachForce earlier this year.
