Solemar Andrade began his professional career over 21 years ago. Today, he is the CEO and Partner of PLUSOFT. PLUSOFT is one of the top human experience (HX) companies from Brazil. They are specialists in Omnichannel technologies for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in all markets (insurance, food, telecommunications, finance, among others).
Andrade first got his start in 2000 as a director of commercial and technology at Algar Tech. From there, he went on to AEC Contact Center, before eventually rising to EVP at Resource IT Solutions, his most recent position prior to joining PLUSOFT.
Andrade graduated from Getulio Vargas Foundation with an MBA.
