Susan joined WeSpire in 2009 as Founder/CEO. WeSpire is the employee engagement platform that helps forward-thinking global companies design, deliver and measure the benefits of positive impact programs like sustainability, CSR, wellbeing and more.

Previously, she was a Board Member at Xconomy and before that a Board Member at Center for Women & Enterprise. Earlier in her career she worked with Mercer Management Consulting as a Consultant/Associate Level.

She graduated from Wesleyan University with an undergraduate degree in Political Economy and from Dartmouth College - The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where she earned a MBA.
