Swapnil Jain is the Co-Founder and CEO of Observe.AI. Observe.AI is an Intelligent workforce platform that transforms contact centers by embedding AI into customer conversations, optimizing agent performance, and automating repeatable processes that drive revenue and retention. Jain has over 9 years in the computer software industry. He began his career in 2012.
Earlier in his career he worked with Twitter as a technical team lead.
Jain graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with an undergraduate degree in computer science.
