Tad Mitchell joined the WellRight team in 2013 as our President and CEO. Before joining WellRight, Tad was the President and CEO of Compliance11 which was sold to Charles Schwab in 2011.His experience consists of developing software for companies like IBM, Ernst & Young, and CNA. During the week, you can find Tad doing just about anything: writing books, selling, creating marketing materials; but his favorite thing to do is to help design the software.
People call Tad the idea guy, but he is also willing to listen to his employees on ways to improve the company. He is passionate about wellness, which is shown through his four books he has authored on wellness. He genuinely cares about the people that work for him and will go out of his way to make sure each employee knows they are valued and are integral asset to the company.
