Terri was instrumental in starting the Marketing Department within HealthMetrics. Within 2 years, she developed the marketing team from ground up and together with the team contributed to the company’s accelerated revenue growth of over 500% in these 2 years, in a market that is dominated by large traditional competitors such as insurers and third party administrators. Her marketing strategies has also resulted in the increase of inbound leads by 30x within the first year, and reduced the cost per lead by over 60x. The deal sizes have also increased by over 10x, driving higher ACV and LTV per customer. This pivoted the company to position itself as an enterprise solution. Her uncanny ability in understanding the voice of the customers, providing direction for the team and the ability to think outside the box sets her apart, which is evident in the results she has achieved within these short years. This growth is also instrumental in the company’s recent successful US$5M Series-A funding from ACA Investments.

She graduated from International Medical University with an undergraduate degree in Medicine and from University of East London where she earned a MBA.
