Vitri joined Klaviyo in 2018 as VP People Ops & Strategy. Klaviyo helps growth-focused ecommerce brands drive more sales with super-targeted, highly relevant email, Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns.

Previously, she was a COO & Head of Human Capital at Vega Factor and before that a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in her career she worked with J.P. Morgan as a Fixed Income Trader.

She graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with MBA and Boston University with an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Administration.
