  1. Passion for her customers: Ms. Rogers passion for subcontractors spans over 30 years. Before starting eSUB Construction Software, Ms. Rogers worked as a consultant helping subcontractors avoid claims and get paid for their work completed. Ms. Rogers’ passion for helping subcontractors document their work became the impetus to develop eSUB Construction Software in 2008. Where the construction industry is filled with SaaS solutions serving general contractors, eSUB is one of the few solutions in the market developed exclusively for the needs of subcontractors. With her passion for subcontractors driving her, Ms. Rogers has started a consortium for Integrated Labor Delivery (ILD). With a goal of improving project delivery in construction, ILD is a project delivery framework conceptualized by Ms. Rogers that strives to elevate the role of the subcontractors and include them in the pre-construction and design phase. Led by Ms. Rogers, the Consortium for Integrated Labor Delivery seeks change makers seeking to drive positive change in the fragmented construction industry. A true passion for facilitating the success of the people who build this great country – subcontractors – that’s what keeps her motivated. Passion for her team: One of the key objectives that Wendy established for her management team was to maintain a culture to create “eSUB Lifers.” This is established by creating a fun, casual work environment with plenty of room for professional advancement. Part of the positive work environment includes an open office floor plan with ping pong and pool tables. Team building events includes cookouts, Pizza Payday Fridays, Tap Off Brew Contest, Day and the Races, and the Holiday Brewery Crawl. Most recently, Ms. Rogers created the eSUB Be the Change Task force. The task force is dedicated to promoting positive change in our company and community. The current struggles, including the COVID-19 crisis and social injustice we are seeing, created a sense of urgency to make a positive change in the world. Ms. Rogers places a lot of importance on inclusivity, unity, and giving back to the community. Overall, Ms. Rogers’ strengths tap into a wide breadth and depth of caring for her customers, being there for her employees, and being a catalyst for change in today’s society
