Cisco Systems is undergoing a strategic reshuffle in its executive leadership team, aiming to position the company for sustained growth following the departure of executive vice president and chief operating officer, Maria Martinez, in Feb 2024. Cisco’s CEO Chuck Robbins announced the changes, with three executives assuming new roles. Liz Centoni, formerly the EVP and GM of applications, will now serve as the EVP and Chief Customer Experience Officer, leading the Cisco Observability portfolio. Thimaya Subaiya, the chief transformation officer, takes on the role of EVP of Operations, focusing on the transformation path and simplifying operations.
